Why SK Precision
The Standard We Hold
We don't just meet specs — we build the infrastructure to consistently exceed them, every order, every time.
We hold some of the tightest tolerances in the precision engineering industry. From 0.002mm CNC accuracy to 0.0001mm laser diameter measurement, quality is built into our process — not added at the end.
Our fully equipped production floor — 8 Wire-EDM units, 5 CNC centers, dedicated grinding and turning — means we can respond quickly to urgent orders without sacrificing quality or tolerances.
No order is too large or too small. We treat every job with the same level of care and price our work competitively, whether you need a single prototype component or a full production run.
All components are constructed from finest quality steels — durable, corrosion-resistant, with high ductile strength. AlCrona Pro / Lumena coatings available on core pins for extended service life.
Our dedicated inspection room houses 14 categories of measurement equipment. Ultrasonic detection, Vickers hardness testing, profilometry, and 3D coordinate measurement — every shipment fully verified.
Two decades of serving die-cast, plastic injection, stamping, and automation toolmakers means we understand what your production line demands — and we build components that perform in real-world conditions.
